Part 1: The Power of Water With Lemon
Lemon is rich in vitamin C and d-limonene, which:

How much lemon? It only takes the juice from 1/2 of a lemon in each glass of water to get the full benefits of drinking lemon juice with your water.
Part 2: Wrap It Up

Here’s how to get the best results from your body wraps. Follow these steps and you will be ready for the beach or pool in no time!
Dry brushing: With a soft bristle brush, brush Some wrappers also take a hot shower to open their pores up even more, but the trick is to not use soap – you just want to rinse only. If you choose to do a hot shower, use the dry brush just before you get in the shower to exfoliate, then the shower will rinse off any dry skin as well as open up your pores. You can find a body brush at your local beauty supply store.
Putting On The Wrap: Follow the instructions for the wrap and apply it to your stomach area with the lotion side on your skin. You may find that the lotion has settled into the corners of the folds, if so, spread it out evenly on the wrap so that you get even coverage. Heads up: The lotion is a little cold, but it will warm up quickly once you get the wrap in place.
To secure the wrap, you can either wrap it with plastic wrap or secure it with the It Works Fab Wrap. You can even wear a bathing suit or shape wear to cover it up under your clothes if you’re planning to be out and about.
For best results:
Wear the the wrap on for at LEAST 45 minutes. If you want, you can even sleep in it. The longer you can wear it, the better, BUT, we suggest you do not wear it for more than 8 hours at a time.
Drink plenty of water. In addition to your 2 glasses of water with lemon, you want to drink at least 6-8 more glasses of water daily. Water is key to helping your body stay hydrated and move minerals through the body.
Remove the wrap BUT rub in the excess lotion. When you’re ready to remove the wrap, there may be some excess lotion that didn’t get absorbed. Don’t waste it! Rub it into your skin until it all gets absorbed. This is the key to best results. And if it’s convenient leave it on as long as you can before you shower.
When’s the best time to wrap? Typically right after dinner or some time in the evening when you’re not as active. If you choose to wrap a few hours before bed time, you can remove the wrap just before bed, rub in the excess lotion (the best part of the wrap), and go to sleep. This way the lotion has more time to penetrate your skin and work its magic before you need to shower again.
Use all 4 wraps for best results! We recommend spacing out the wraps every 3 days (72 hours) so your body has time to use up all the natural products that it absorbs during the wrapping process. It’s best to wait the full 3 days before you apply another wrap. The herbs and botanicals in these wraps are very powerful. Don’t over do it! Key Things To Remember
Don’t exercise while wearing the wrap: I don’t know about you, but working out makes me sweat – which is the opposite of what you want when you’re using the body wrap. Sweat causes your pores to excrete, but what you want is for your pores to absorb the botanicals and herbs from the wrap.
Give yourself time before best results. Because you have to wait 3 days in between each wrap, give yourself enough time to get through the whole box before you hit the beach.
The body wraps work on all parts of the body. Want to tighten your arms? Cut one wrap into 2. Need to tone up your thighs? One box will get you 2 applications for each leg. For best results, use 4 applicators on the same body area, wrapping only one area at a time.
